Welcome to Our Farnborough Clinic
As you approach, please stay in the left-hand lane. If you are travelling along Farnborough Road, you will pass the new-build flats, and the next building is ours.
Look out for the white standing sign “Arena Abbey House”, the building with colourful glass panels.
If you require parking, please buzz at the barrier and reception will open it for you.
Visitor parking is available at the front of the building. If those spaces are full, additional parking can be found at the rear of the building.
Please avoid parking in reserved or blocked spaces.
Once you arrive, please take a seat in the main reception area and your physiotherapist will come to collect you at your appointment time.
Important Appointment Information
- For clients with 8:00am appointments:
Please note that reception opens at 8:30 AM, so the barrier will still be down when you arrive.
If this happens, please wait safely to the side — there are usually other cars entering the car park, and you may follow them in.
Don’t worry, this is fine, and if anyone asks, you can simply let them know you are attending a Physiotherapy appointment.
Please make sure not to block the barrier while waiting.
If you experience any difficulties accessing the car park, please give us a call and we will assist you.
- For clients with appointments after 5:00pm and all day on Saturdays:
Please note that there is no reception cover. However, the barrier will be left open, so you are welcome to park on the premises.
Please note that the front door will be locked. If you wait by the entrance, your physiotherapist will come and let you in at your appointment time.
